3. Payments

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • EMI Options
  • Other supported Razorpay payment methods

Pricing may range from INR 500 to INR 5,00,000 depending on the program.

All payments are processed in INR.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made to Padma Classes are strictly non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Course fees
  • Registration fees
  • Installments
  • Subscription plans
  • Study material fees
  • Online and offline programs

Users are advised to review course details carefully before making payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Videos
  • Notes
  • PDFs
  • Tests
  • Branding
  • Website content

is the intellectual property of Padma Classes.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, piracy, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Legal action may be taken against violators.

6. Account Usage

Students must not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Use another person’s account
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Misuse the platform

Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended permanently without refund.

7. Attendance and Performance

Attendance in classes is not mandatory unless specifically communicated for a program.

Padma Classes does not guarantee:

  • Exam selection
  • Rank improvement
  • Specific academic results

Student outcomes depend on individual effort and performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Padma Classes shall not be liable for:

  • Internet issues
  • Device incompatibility
  • Platform downtime
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Academic performance outcomes

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jabalpur.
