1. Digital Course Access

Online services including:

  • Live classes
  • Recorded lectures
  • Test series
  • LMS access

are generally activated instantly or within a reasonable operational timeframe after successful payment confirmation.


2. WhatsApp and Communication Access

Students may receive:

  • WhatsApp group invitations
  • Student support communication
  • Academic updates

through the registered mobile number.


3. Physical Study Material

Where applicable, physical books or printed materials may be delivered to students.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Courier availability
  • Operational conditions

4. Offline Coaching Services

Offline classroom services are currently available only in Jabalpur.

Admission confirmation may be provided through phone call, WhatsApp, email, or in-person communication.


5. Delays

Padma Classes shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Technical issues
  • Natural events
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure situations
