Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Padma Classes, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to attend classes
  • Partial course usage
  • Technical/device issues
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Academic dissatisfaction

2. Cancellation Policy

Students may discontinue using the services at any time. However, cancellation shall not entitle the user to any refund or reversal of payment.


3. Installment and Subscription Payments

Installment-based or subscription-based plans, once initiated, are also non-refundable.

Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access to services.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

In case of suspected unauthorized payment activity, users must contact their bank and notify Padma Classes immediately.
